Many Times, people ask me how many coupon inserts do I need to pick up to add to my stockpile? Here is my answer:

What Have I Been Doing?? Pantry Organizing 101

Its been a very past few days here! With having so much stock pile of items, I have finally decided to take the time and take inventory in all my cabinets and stock pile locations! What made me decide to do this? I am tired of looking forever for an item and not being able to find it!

There are so many of our kitchen cabinets that are packed to the MAX!!!!!!!!! But, with my new cabinet inventory, I think that it will help!!!!!!!!

I have arranged everything in the first cabinet by type of item and then wrote it down with how many of each I have. I will be very diligent to keep up with this as it took a long time, but will be a money saver in weeks/months to come as I will know what I have and what I need!

Help Fight Diabetes, Become a Panelist

Since I am on the borderline of being classified as diabetic and have become much more aware of threat of Diabetes and am concerned about ways to prevent it. This is a main reason for wanting to loose weight this year and to better watch what I eat. Weight Watchers: Month 1 UPDATE and Tips

Happy One Month of Weight loss to all of you that joined us during the month of January~
While its been a month full of ups and downs on the scale for us, we are happy to celebrate the small steps.
The month started out GREAT as we were focused and determined to make it happen. Mid month, I was gone for a work convention, which is always hard to stay on track.
After our first month, the results are in: Dale, my husband has lost 11 pounds and I am down 6 pounds~
