As most of you know, we started back on Weight Watchers. We're LOVING coming up with NEW recipes to try. Here's a favorite that my dad sent me today...
I have been craving some pizza, but have not wanted to give in to having a piece. But, this recipe is totally worth the 8 Weight Watchers Points.
To make the Pepperoni Pizza, you will need:
1 8-inch
Flour Tortilla Shell
Olive Oil
Cooking Spray

Tablespoons Ragu Pizza Sauce
4 slices
Hormel Pepperoni (quartered)
1 ½ ounces
Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
Baking Instructions...........
Pre-heat
oven to 400º F. Place tortilla on perforated
pizza pan and spray outer edge with cooking spray. Spread pizza sauce to within ½ inch from
edge. Spread cheese evenly, keeping off
of outer crust. Place pepperoni quarters
on top of cheese.
