Taco Soup: CrockPot Recipe (Weight Watchers Points Included)


During the winter, its NICE to have recipes that we can make using our Stockpile. This CrockPot Taco Soup recipe is super easy, very cheap to make and super tasty! For those of you joining us on our Weight Watchers Journey, I have also included the Points Plus information!
* Please note that you can add chips, salsa, and cheese per your request.

Ingredients:
*1 pound lean hamburger
* 1 can of corn
* 1 package of Taco Seasoning Mix
* 1 Package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
* 2 cans of Chili Beans 
* 1 can Black Beans
* 1 can Diced Tomatoes for Chili


Directions:
Combine all ingredients in CrockPot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.... Serve with chips, shredded cheese and salsa.

Weight Watchers: Each serving (1 cup) based on 80/20 Ground Beef is 7 points
