As many of you are aware, my husband and I began a journey and comitment together for this year to lose weight and be healthier. We are following the Weight Watchers program because we have had success in the past but that was with the older points system and are now giving the new Points Plus system a whirl. Over the past few days I have shared with you a few recipes we have already tried and that has seemed to be very popular with many of you. So, I have decided to offer a special section on the Coupon Centsation page dedicated to providing you with ideas, success stories, helpful tips and recipes to make your weight loss adventure a success in 2012. This is my challenge, This is my LIFE!
Hello everybody out there! My name is Sarah. Thanks for reading my first blog. I am teaming up with the coupon centsation website to hopefully bring you what I think will be a fun,and informative way to Weight Watch! Not too mention starting a blog can help keep you accountable. How many of you are going to your first Weight Watchers meeting tonight? Or just joining up online for the first time? It can be fun, scary, and exciting all at the same time!
Let me just start by saying I have NEVER been thin...not in my whole life. It just seemed that all my friends were thin, and I was the only one. I wanted to make a change in my life, this could be the start of something new! (Think Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens in High School Musical...LOL) Anyone else out there feeling that way?

I felt so tired all the time! I wanted to have ENERGY!! I wanted to run and play with my kids and not get out of breath and tired. I didn't want to sleep all the time, because of lugging around all this extra weight.
In around 7 months I have lost 52.6 pounds! Let me tell you Weight Watchers WORKS! It really does become a lifestyle. After around a month, I started having things memorized: Points Plus Values for portions, and recipes I liked...It just all became too easy. I still have a long way to go though. Currently, my husband and I are expecting our third child, due next July! It has been a lot easier with this pregnancy. I now know how to make wise food choices and control my portions!! I still LOVE Weight Watchers, and will not turn my back on it! ;)
I am excited to have my child, and also SO excited at picking up where my weight loss journey has paused and finish. This is my challenge...THIS is my life. :)
