White Chicken Chili Crock Pot Recipe

WHITE CHICKEN CHILI
This morning, I decided that with it being a snow day, I would try and make a soup that I have been wanting to try... Well, we had it for lunch! The recipe is one that you will not want to miss! This recipe is super easy and very CHEAP to make!
One of the things that I LOVE most about it is that I was able to make it in the crock pot. So, once I started, it all I had to do was stir it every once in a while.
What do you need to make it:
2 cans white kidney beans (Drained)
1 can whole kernel corn (Drained)
5 teaspoons of chili powder
3 teaspons of ground cumin
1.5 pounds shredded chicken
*we had smoked chicken this weekend, so I used that and it was amazing and a great way to use left overs!!!!
1/2 cup water
OPTIONAL: you can add green pepper or onion for additional flavoring. But, since I am picky, we did not do that!
With being in a hurry, we cooked for 4 hours on HIGH, but it is something that could cook all day! Once it is done and you are ready to eat, sprinkle some shredded cheese on the top before serving. ENJOY!!!!!
