Crayola Crayons/Markers Kroger Deal

Yet another reason that Kroger is one of my FAVORITE places to shop! Thanks to a blog reader, Angie for this tip!!!!!! Until August 21st, Kroger has a Catalina Promotion that cannot be beat!
*Kroger has the Crayola Crayons for $.25 a box this week. So, here is the deal:
Get 9 boxes of Crayons and pay $2.25, then you will get BACK a $4 Catalina, making your Crayola Crayons FREE!!!!!!!!
* Kroger also has the 10 count of Crayola Markers for $1 this week. When you buy 5 packs of markers, you will get $4 Catalina back, which makes the Markers $.20 a box.

Many of you have asked me how this works, and here are the details:
When you buy $10 in product, you get a $2 Catalina. When you buy $20 in product, you get a $4 Catalina. So, how does this work when the items are on sale?
The cash register is recognizing the shelf price, NOT the sale price!

While I was pregnant, I was drinking a TON of water!
